With a plain-spoken style sprinkled with references to his wife and their eight children, as well as copious mentions of literary figures, teachers, and healers from a broad range of cultures, he devotes more than an hour to describing how you can determine what you really want and how you can go about getting it by returning to "your sacred, higher self."
